Shipping policy
✿ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are typically sent out in 2-3 business days.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
✿ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
PLEASE ALLOW 1-2 WEEKS FOR ORDERS
WITHIN GERMANY AND THE EU.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS IT MIGHT TAKE 2-6+ WEEKS.
If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, feel free to email us with your order number to thuijpg@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!
✿ SHIPPING OPTIONS + PRICES
GERMANY:
To make shipping more affordable, orders within Germany are without tracking number. You can choose Shipping with a tracking number for as an upgrade though. We offer free shipping on orders over 35€!
INTERNATIONAL:
We recommend Shipping with a tracking number for international orders for a more secure delivery.
We offer free shipping on orders over 75€ for EU countries and 100€ for Countries outside of the EU!
Prices include shipping fee + cost of packing materials. We don't earn anything from shipping.

Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.
✿ VAT TAXES/CUSTOM FEES
*IMPORTANT*
For some countries there might be additional VAT Taxes/Custom fees. I will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned back to me.
Prices include shipping fee + cost of packing materials, we don't earn anything from shipping.
✿ I DON'T SEE ONE OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED/ THERE IS EXTRA GOODIES IN MY ORDER
If something from your order is missing, just send me an email, and I’ll make sure to send it your way! Since I often pack many orders at once, there’s a very small chance a mistake might happen.
If you’ve received an extra item that wasn’t in your order, feel free to keep it! :)
✿ I ORDERED THE WRONG ITEM!
We may be able to change your items if your order hasn't been packed yet and if the items you want are in stock. Exchange of items before shipping requires 3€ processing fee and NO EXCHANGE if the order is packed. Please send an email to thuijpg@gmail.com if you have any questions.
✿ RETURNED ORDERS
If your order is returned due to reasons such as wrong address, we will require re-payment of shipping fee if you want it to be reshipped.
If you want a refund, we will refund the full amount minus the shipping fee +2€ processing fee.
Please note customers will have longer waiting time if their order has been returned and resent.
