CAN I RETURN/ EXCHANGE MY ORDER? 

We don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, feel free to reach out to us!



✿ MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED/MISSING, WHAT DO I DO? 

Unfortunately, there's always a small risk of packages getting damaged during shipping, as we can't control how they are handled while in transit to you.

We WILL NOT replace or refund lost UNTRACKED orders.
For TRACKED orders, we will offer a refund (without shipping fee) if the order is lost.*

 

♡ Please understand that as a small business, we cannot offer to replace/ resend lost orders due to limited inventories of some products.

♡ *Lost order = Not delivered or no status update after 5+ months

♡ We are not responsible for lost orders with a "delivered" status.
